Job Title: Registered Nurse Float Job Specialty: Wound Care,
Home Health, Geriatric, Clinic Job Duration: 12 Months Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm OR Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00
pm Guaranteed Hours: 40 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: RN
Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or
University Certifications: Current CPR certification by AHA or
willingness to obtain Must-Have: - Reliable transportation, a valid
driver's license, and car insurance - Age 18 or older - Fully
vaccinated or willing to become fully vaccinated against
communicable diseases Job Description: - Provide direct nursing
care in a comprehensive elder care program. - Manage complex
clinical situations independently and efficiently. - Collaborate
with both licensed and non-licensed team members to ensure cohesive
care delivery. - Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions in
coordination with Primary Care Providers. - Administer treatments,
procedures, and medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate
compliance with clinical protocols. - Conduct regular home visits
for care tasks, including wound care, lab draws, and other
essential nursing functions. - Engage in a dynamic work setting
that offers flexibility beyond standard hours when necessary. -
Demonstrate compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all
