Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Operations for the Product &
Technology Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the CPO and CTO, providing
operational support and insights
Oversee the management and alignment of OKRs for the Product &
Technology COE
Manage the COE's budget and standardize product development
processes across all product lines
Qualifications
Proven experience in an operations leadership role within a product
or technology organization
Deep understanding of product management and technology
development
Strong project management skills with experience in leading
cross-functional teams
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and managing
P&Ls
10+ years of experience in operations, product management, or a
similar leadership role
