Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to
provide support to members seeking surgical care and benefits
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Engage, educate, and qualify members on the Surgery Care program
and benefits
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls
in a contact center environment
Convert leads into users of care experiences and partner with
internal clinical professionals for member guidance
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales call center
role
Experience in sales and lead follow-up
Strong administrative/technical skills and comfort using Microsoft
Office and CRM tools
Ability to build long-lasting relationships and provide
knowledgeable guidance
Trustworthy and accountable behavior in handling confidential
information
