A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Specialist to
assist homeowners with mortgage loan payments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and address customer questions, complaints, and needs
Provide solutions and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure
resolution
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum one year of Call Center experience required
Minimum 12 months of remote work experience required
Experience in customer service is required
Ability to multitask effectively during customer interactions
