Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Peer Support Specialist to
provide compassionate support through shared lived experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete crisis intervention training and ongoing training as
required
Answer referred calls and manage a caseload of callers in the peer
follow-up program
Document calls promptly and consult with supervisors on complex
cases
Required Qualifications:
Certified Peer Support Specialist in the State of Oregon
Located in the state of Oregon
A HIPAA compliant workspace at home
Private high-speed internet access
Experience in crisis intervention or call center environment
preferred
